The meal in Houston began with some of t’afia’s favorite nibbles: Chickpea Fries, Fritters and Bacon Wrapped Figs, as well as some delicious cocktails from their bar menu.
Chef Pope’s take on the beet salad – complete with feta and sprouted quinoa. Each of the six delicious courses was paired with wine and two varieties of Sake from Texas Sake Company.

The long community table gave the family-style meal a homey feel – and made sharing easy!
Not only was the pop-up farmers market a hit,
