Not only do Uchi and Uchiko boast two of the best dining experiences in Austin, their kitchens are veritable hotbeds of culinary creativity. Every couple of weeks, each of these award-winning restaurants hosts a “menu tasting meeting” where the younger chefs are able to create entirely new dishes for a chance to be featured on the official menu.
