Austin Food + Wine Festival takes place November 13-15, 2020.

  • Feast Under The Stars – Thursday, 11/12 at 7pm at Auditorium Shores
  • Grillin’ and Chillin’ – Friday, 11/13 at 7pm at Auditorium Shores
  • Austin Food + Wine Festival – Saturday, 11/14 from 11am-4pm at Auditorium Shores
  • Rock Your Taco – Saturday, 11/14 from 7pm at Fair Market
  • Austin Food + Wine Festival – Sunday, 11/15 from 11am-3pm at Auditorium Shores

Are There Single-Day Festival Tickets

No, we do not sell tickets to individual days or events. Please refer to our Tickets page for all ticket options.

What is the Age Requirement?

The Festival is 21+ only. A valid ID is needed to enter all festival events. If we cannot verify your age, you will not be allowed into the Festival. Anyone under the age of 21 will be stopped at the gate, refused entry and Tickets will not be refunded. Please don’t bring infants or small children in child carriers as they will not be permitted entry.

Refunds

We want to thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time. If you are unable to attend our rescheduled dates (November 13-15, 2020), we are now offering the opportunity to request a full refund or opt to roll your ticket to Austin Food + Wine Festival 2021 on April 23 - 25, 2021.

If you plan to attend the new dates in November, your tickets will remain valid. No further action is necessary.

Refunds or 2021 rollovers can be requested beginning Friday, May 1st at 10am CT by following the instructions below. The deadline for submission is Sunday, May 31st at 8pm CT . Refunds will be processed within 30 days following the May 31st deadline.

  1. Visit https://austinfoodandwine.frontgatetickets.com/ and log into your Front Gate Tickets account
  2. Select "Order History" under the "Your Account" tab on the top navigation bar
  3. Select "View Order Detail" on the order number you wish to have refunded
  4. Click the "Request Refund" or "Roll to 2021" button at the top of your order details.

If you change your mind and wish to still attend the 2020 festival, log back into your account and hit the now available "cancel request" button. Once the request period closes on May 31, 2020, you will no longer be able to change the status of your refund request.

Wristband Policy

  • All wristbands will be mailed.
  • All sales are FINAL – no refunds and no exchanges.
  • If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.
  • Wristbands MUST be worn for entry into the Festival.
  • Wristbands MUST be worn securely on wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.
  • Wristbands must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day.
  • Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REPLACEABLE.
  • Do NOT remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.
  • Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff.
  • If your wristband is removed by Festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced.
  • All ticketholders must pass through security and are subject to bag inspection. Prohibited items will be confiscated by event staff.
  • The festival takes place rain or shine.
  • There is a $10 wristband replacement fee.
  • THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY.

Official Festival Ticket Exchange

Fans now have the ability to purchase through an official, verified ticket exchange. If you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the festival, you can also use the exchange to resell your tickets.
