Allen A. Stewart is the Head Chef at Grizzelda’s of Austin, Texas. Allen joined Jacoby Restaurant Group in 2015 after moving here from Idaho (the great Northeast, as he calls it!) Allen is inspired by watching young cooks grow into talented professionals in his kitchen. One of his most memorable meals is Pujol in Mexico City and his last meal would be anything Ramen! In his spare time, you can find Allen reading, boating and hiking the Green Belt.
