A Texan through and through, Brandon has called Austin home for the last 15 years. After attending Texas Culinary Academy he spent time in several of Austin’s highly regarded restaurants – uchi, wink, Cafe Josie, and most recently Mattie’s at Green Pastures. Now as the Executive Chef of Jacoby’s Restaurant & Mercantile Brandon has returned to his childhood roots – Texas Southern Cuisine.
