Brian is from Fort Worth, TX originally coming to Austin to attend the University of Texas but fell into the food scene and never looked back. After honing his craft in Austin he moved to Napa where he worked for Thomas Keller at Bouchon in Yountville. His love of cooking came at a young age when he would spend time in the kitchen and garden with his family.In his spare time he likes to do woodworking projects, swim and grill in his backyard.
