At 31 years old, CT Turgeon has been cooking the better part of his life. From Miami, to Chicago, CT has cooked in kitchens across the United States taking bits and pieces from his travels to adorn his kitchens. As an Army brat, his love for people and culture began at a very early age and formed the foundation of his life-long fascination with food.

From farmhouse to Michelin Guide, CT uses his eclectic experience to create playful menus that tease culture and tradition with his own traveled perspective. Finally settled in Austin, CT lives on the east side with his future wife, Ilana, and their three cats.
