With over a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry, Texas native Eric Earthman began his culinary journey waiting tables at the historic Napoleon House restaurant in the New Orleans French Quarter while earning a bachelor’s degree in business management from Loyola University.
Before returning home to Texas after graduating, Earthman traveled the globe and immersed himself in the culture and cuisines of Europe, South America, and Central America. With a newfound appreciation for the culinary world, Earthman enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts where he graduated at the top of his class.
Upon graduating, Earthman worked his way up through the ranks of many fine-dining kitchens including Roy’s Restaurant and Shoreline Grill, and most recently served as executive chef at the Intercontinental Stephen F. Austin Hotel.
As owner at Counter 3 . FIVE . VII, Earthman brings a unique blend of business savvy, culinary artistry, and industry knowledge to this contemporary cuisine focused restaurant.
