Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, Eric’s passion for cooking has been heavily influenced from his travels throughout Asia and beyond. Eric founded The Peached Tortilla as a food truck in 2010 serving Asian and Southern inspired street food. From there, he has expanded the concept into a multi food truck operation and catering company. Additionally, Eric spearheaded the Asian comfort food inspired menu for The Peached Tortilla’s first restaurant location, which opened in 2014. Eric’s work and food have been featured in Food & Wine, The Cooking Channel, People Magazine and Live! with Kelly & Michael.
