Freddy has worked in the hospitality industry for over 13 years prior to joining Contigo Catering, and continues to expand his knowledge of the event world. He enjoys the fast-paced, ever changing world of catering, which gives him the opportunity to come up with creative solutions on a daily basis. He has been the Executive Chef with Contigo Catering since the early stages; sand has seen us through several SXSW weeks, Formula 1 and Moto GP races, as well as countless weddings.

Freddy discovered his passion for cooking from his grandmother; one of his favorite memories was watching her meticulously sorting pinto beans making sure each one was just right insuring the best taste. This early memory instilled an attention to detail and devotion to the use of high quality ingredients.

One of his greatest feelings of pride comes from when he is able to sit back and watch the kitchen during an event and see it run like a well-oiled machine. As Contigo Catering has grown he continues to be a source of leadership and an influential component to our evolution.
