A passion for culinary arts has always been in Corpus Christi-native, Jacob Weaver’s blood. As a young teenager, Weaver was heavily influenced by his uncle, a local chef. When looking for an outlet to escape from every day school studies, he gave cooking a shot and fell in love. Weaver’s appreciation for food led him to Le Cordon Bleu in Austin where he received his Associates of Applied Science. It was during his time at school that he realized the kitchen felt like his second home.
His exceptional knowledge of food landed Weaver at some of Austin’s most well-known restaurants such as Asti Trattoria and Perla’s. His culinary past also gained him recognition by “Best Chefs America.” As Executive Chef of Juliet Ristorante, Weaver offers diners fresh, approachable Italian flavors presented in a modern format.
Weaver currently resides in South Austin with his wife, Hannah, and their dog, Tula. When not in the kitchen, Jacob enjoys spending time with family, playing disc golf and escaping to the Hill Country.
