As a native Texan, Chef James Cole draws from his Southern and Cajun roots for much of his culinary inspiration. Having a love for cooking at an early age, James began cooking with and for family starting at age 10. His passion for food has continued to guide him in the industry professionally for 15 years. In his spare time James enjoys woodworking, making knife rolls and aprons, and going on rides through the hill country with his wife, Sarah, on their two Harleys.
