Jason Dady

Jason’s genuine passions for innovative flavors and old fashioned hospitality have propelled him into a career as a chef, restaurateur, entrepreneur and culinary staple. With a BA in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University and Culinary Arts Degree from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, Jason opened his first restaurant in 2001.

With 15 years of success and a James Beard semi-finalist Nomination, he continues to provide superior dining experiences and has been on the forefront of the San Antonio and Texas’ culinary scene.

His dedication and talent have earned him: Best Chef’s in America, “Star Chef Restaurateur” by Star Chefs, New Achiever Award, Best Chef San Antonio San Antonio Current and San Antonio Express-News and “Rising Star” Chef recognition.

He has been seen on various television programs including: The Today Show, Eat Street, D Living Show, SA Living and will be featured on the upcoming Movable Feast on PBS.

Jason has been honored as a guest chef at The James Beard House in New York City, International Chef Congress in New York City, Austin City Limits Music Festival, SXSW and of course, the Austin Food & Wine Festival since it’s inception.

Jason is seen as an ambassador in the Alamo city, and sits on the board of San Antonio’s Annual Food Festival – Culinaria — and spearheads the cities first-ever chef gardens.

When he isn’t building empires or gardens, Jason can be found with his wife and three children on camping trip or grilling in his backyard.
