Jim Tripi comes to Eberly most recently from Discoveryland Company, where he spent 8 years as regional executive chef of luxury residential club restaurants such as Spanish Oaks in Austin, Yellowstone Club in Big Sky Montana and Gozzer Ranch in Coure D’Alene Idaho. He brings almost 30 years of culinary background from hotel and restaurant openings in New York, Chicago, San Antonio, New Jersey, Dallas and Austin. He was part of the opening team of the flagship Whole Foods on S. Lamar in Austin and has experience in designing food and beverage spaces, culinary innovation, concept and menu development, as well as assembling teams built for success. He is currently the executive chef and managing partner of Eberly.
