Justin Yu

Chef/Owner, Oxheart

Native Houstonian Justin Yu is the Chef/Owner of Oxheart Restaurant in the warehouse district of downtown Houston. Oxheart serves two tasting menus nightly, offering a new perspective on gulf coast produce, meat, and fish, with a heavy focus on vegetables. He and his team have been honored by publications such as Food and Wine, Bon Appetite, the Houston Chronicle and the James Beard Foundation. In his spare time, Justin enjoys fantasy football, whisky, and pop music.
