Pastry Chef, Arro

Mary Catherine Curren is a graduate of the Baking and Pastry Arts program at the Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park). In New York, she worked at The Water Club and Cookshop before returning home to Austin, where she serves as Executive Pastry Chef for ELM Restaurant Group alongside her husband and fellow CIA graduate, Chef / Partner Andrew Curren. Mary Catherine oversees the pastry programs at three of the group’s concepts: 24 Diner, Arro & Italic (Spring 2015).
