Mary Catherine Curren

Executive Pastry Chef, ELM Restaurant Group

Mary Catherine Curren is a graduate of the Baking and Pastry Arts program at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. She is the Executive Pastry Chef for 24 Diner, Italic and Irene’s and creates all of the sweets we offer at our restaurants and special events. She’s passionate about using local and seasonal ingredients, and her approach is clean and simple, focusing on a balance of flavors and textures that really allow the product to shine.
