Owner, Majkszak’s Meat Market

Michael Majkszak grew up raising animals at age 16 and developed a passion for butchery through his early work in retail stores and education at Texas State Technical College in Waco, where he obtained a degree in Meats Processing and Marketing. After returning to the grocery business for a few years after college, Michael decided to open his own retail butcher shop in 2002 – Majkszak’s Meat Market in Conroe.
