Quealy Watson is the executive chef/partner at Hot Joy in San Antonio, TX. Named a Hot 10 Best New Restaurant in 2014 by Bon Appétit , Hot Joy serves Watson’s take on Asian food with a decidedly Texan twist. Hot Joy began as a successful pop-up at The Monterey in San Antonio, where Watson was previously chef. The brick-and-mortar location of Hot Joy opened in April 2014. Watson was also named a Star Chefs Rising Star Chef in 2012.
