A passion for soulful, authentic food runs deep within Chef Taylor Chambers’s veins. This McAllen, Texas native grew to love the art of home cooking from a young age, learning to cook alongside his grandmother in her Alabama kitchen. Upon graduating with a BS in Health and Human Services from Texas State University, Chambers sought to further his professional culinary career in Austin, Texas. Bringing with him over 15 years of experience to the table, he now proudly serves as Executive Chef of Justine’s Brassiere. Heavily influenced by the time spent on his father’s south Texas farm, it’s no surprise Chamber’s roots deliver an abundance of fresh, locally sourced produce and protein to his menu. He brings a unique approach to the Austin food community by incorporating southern flavors and rustic techniques to the traditional style French comfort dishes served in the restaurant
